Q. How do I submit a claim?

A. The first step of any claim process is to contact the proper authorities pertaining to the loss. (e.g. police department for an auto loss). The insured should then contact their local agent as soon as possible to initiate the claim. Although claims are processed by adjusters, your local First Insurance Agency representative will be there to assist you in the process.
